Last Two Years of Your: Address and that of Your Landlord if renting, Names and addresses of Employers, Income Sources and Amounts, and Copy of W-2's.
Payments and Balances: Account Numbers, Payment Amounts, and Loan Balances including Student Loans, Credit Cards - Minimum Payments and Balances, Alimony and Child Support Payments, Copy of Divorce Decree, and Child Care Cost.
Statements: Last 2 Months Bank/Credit Union Statements - All Pages, Last 2 Months of Last Quarter Stock and Bonds, Value of Your Real Estate Holdings, Previous 30 Days Pay Stubs, and Last 2 Months/Last Quarter Statements for IRA, 401K, Pension, Mutual Funds and All other Assets.
If Self Employed/Commission: Personal Tax Returns Past 2 Years - All Schedules, Year to Date Profit and Loss Statement, and Corporate Tax Returns Past 2 Years - All Schedules.
The more documentation you can have ready and available for the lender, the faster they can get you pre-approved!
